This was a brand new build to accomodate both an office space and an area for guests. Since it was a smaller space that had to accomodate multiple furniture areas, the two things I wanted to make sure were incorporated to make the space feel more open and less cramped were 1) a vaulted ceiling and 2) doors to the outside.

A classic Arcadia ranch home with a Spanish flare on the exterior. For the renovations, we wanted the bones to stay timeless, so we chose classic paint colors, tile, millwork and built ins, then incorporated some more modern finishes to glam it up.

For this mini makeover, our goal was to catch Airbnb browser’s eyes with a design style that is unique and stands out. We went with a clean, modern boho vibe with a mid century flare to incorporate some of the owner’s personal style and some existing furniture and decor.

This project’s goal was a fresh entry that welcomes guests with a homey feel. We custom designed this amazing iron door that completely changed the feel and lighting of the space.

We designed 4,300 square feet of renovations (staging done by someone else) in 2018 for an investor with the goal being to appeal to a larger market in the McCormick Ranch area of Scottsdale.

This 2019 bathroom design was an ode to traditional design, with some modern elements incorporated for a fresh feel.

This house was designed with an Airbnb renter in mind. We went for a fresh, relaxing vibe.

The goal of this dining space was fresh and comfortable. We chose a light and bright palette to contrast with the dark flooring, upholstered chairs for coastal comfort, iron for a craftsman detail, and gold hardware with a shiplap backsplash on the custom bar for juxtaposed feminine coastal elements.
