McCormick Ranch Flip

We designed 4,300 square feet of renovations (staging done by someone else) in 2018 for an investor with the goal being to appeal to a large buyers market in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale. Since this project was for a flip, we chose budget-friendly materials and designs.
