Arcadia Lite Airbnb
A classic Arcadia ranch home with a Spanish flare on the exterior. For the renovations, we wanted the bones to stay timeless, so we chose classic paint colors, tile, millwork and built-ins, then incorporated some more modern finishes to glam it up. For the furnishings and decor, we wanted to catch Airbnb browsers' eyes with a design style that is unique and stands out, so we went for a bit of traditional and glam, with themed bedrooms and some young, fun energy. We incorporated a mid-century touch to embody some of the owners personal style, as we were using some of her previous furniture and she will also be staying at the house from time to time so we wanted to make sure she felt at home.
