Every detail in Maison 1975 was crafted to honor the home’s heritage while embracing fresh perspective. This project reflects Sentenac House Interiors’ commitment to livable luxury—where form meets function, and every space tells a story of beauty, comfort, and intentionality.

A classic Arcadia ranch home with a Spanish flare on the exterior. For the renovations, we wanted the bones to stay timeless, so we chose classic paint colors, tile, millwork and built-ins, then incorporated some more modern finishes to glam it up.

We designed 4,300 square feet of renovations (staging done by someone else) in 2018 for an investor with the goal being to appeal to a large buyers market in the McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale.

This project was a makeover on a builder-grade kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen, we utilized the current cabinets, but extended the island with a trash pullout and wine fridge, and added beautiful millwork and pilasters.

This was a brand new build to accomodate both an office space and an area for guests. Since it was a smaller space that had to accomodate multiple furniture areas, the two things I wanted to make sure were incorporated to make the space feel more open and less cramped were 1) a vaulted ceiling and 2) doors to the outside.

The bones of this living room is very open and big with vaulted ceilings, so the goal was to make it feel more cozy and homey. By bringing substantial furniture into the room in a neutral palette and framing out the windows with treatments, we were able to achieve that.

This 2019 bathroom design was an ode to traditional design, with some modern elements incorporated for a fresh feel.

This was a 2019 remodel of a traditional space. We raised the sunken floors, switched around the purpose and orientation of the rooms, and added fresh new flooring, paint, and windows.

The goal of this dining space was fresh and comfortable. We chose a light and bright palette to contrast with the dark flooring, upholstered chairs for coastal comfort, iron for a craftsman detail, and gold hardware with a shiplap backsplash on the custom bar for juxtaposed feminine coastal elements.

This project’s goal was a fresh entry that welcomes guests with a homey feel. We custom designed this amazing iron door that completely changed the feel and lighting of the space.

For this mini makeover, our goal was to catch Airbnb browser’s eyes with a design style that is unique and stands out. We went with a clean, modern boho vibe with a mid century flare to incorporate some of the owner’s personal style and some existing furniture and decor.

This 4,100 square foot log cabin in Pinetop, Arizona was designed with the home’s original charm in mind. I wanted to make sure that its rustic Western character came through with design and decor, but still make it feel modern and fresh.

We LOVE a cozy kitchen! And we think that countryside cottage living is especially cozy, which is why we went with a French country vibe for this small kitchen, but kept it fresh and modern as well.

This guest bedroom is small, but mighty. The goal with this room was to welcome guests with a calming atmosphere, and most of all give them a feeling of “home”.

We were challenged to use lots of budget materials and keep things neutral. We combined rustic woods of the antique door and floating shelves with more refined finishes like polished nickel fixtures and hardware, a soft gray-blue vanity, and a feminine vanity stool.

This house was designed with an Airbnb renter in mind. We went for a fresh, relaxing vibe.

These three bedrooms each represent their own subtle themes and reflect different elements of the White Mountains of Arizona.

This bathroom was a part of the Timeless Multi-Purpose Suite project. For this bathroom, I wanted it to feel like a mix between 1) a hotel bathroom in Manhattan and 2) a Parisian flat.
